Why heat matters

Some products, especially confectionery and chocolate, can soften or bloom if they sit in extreme heat during US summer transit. We plan packing and dispatch with that risk in mind.

Summer guidance for US orders

During heat waves, consider a faster shipping option if one is offered at checkout, avoid leaving parcels on hot porches, and open boxes promptly. Free shipping still applies on qualifying US orders of $99 and over.
