Do you ship to the USA?
Yes. We are based in the United Kingdom and ship to customers across the United States. Every order is packed in Britain and sent with tracking.
What is DDP shipping?
Delivered Duty Paid means eligible import duties and taxes are settled as part of your order rather than being charged to you on arrival, so you should not receive a surprise bill from the carrier.
When is shipping free?
US orders of $99 and over ship free. Below $99, standard tracked shipping rates apply and are shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?

Can I return food or drink?
For safety and quality reasons, food and consumable items cannot be returned once dispatched. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will put it right. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.

Shipping is FedEx Priority Express at a flat rate of $29.99, or free on orders over $99.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Great Britain to addresses in the United States.
What if something arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will sort it. Food and melt-risk items are covered under our refund policy.
