Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)
Where DDP applies to your order, duties and import charges are arranged up front, so you are not left with a surprise bill at delivery. This keeps cross-border checkout predictable.
Free shipping at $99
US orders of $99 and over ship free. Under $99, you receive the same careful packing and a standard tracked shipping rate is applied at checkout.
What happens after you order
We confirm the order, pick and pack your items in Britain, and hand the parcel to the carrier with tracking. You receive updates so you can follow it through transit to your US address.
