Directions for use

Step 1 Fill the flan with your favourite filling, either whipped cream, custard or strawberry jelly.

Step 2 Then slice your strawberries and gently press into the flan.

Step 3 Finally top with blueberries and blackberries but feel free to choose any fruits.

To really add some flair, why not put a layer of strawberry jam on the flan base (before step 1) or add a glaze on top of the fruit at the very end? Enjoy!
