Directions for use
Make the ultimate chicken mole!
You'll need: 300g chicken breast, diced
Sizzle: Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a large pan over medium heat to fry - the chicken, turning occasionally for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
Stir: Add the Capsicana mole paste to the pan with 4 tbsp water and mix well to coat the chicken.
Simmer: pour the Capsicana mole tomato & peanut sauce into the pan, stir in, then cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds for added flavour. Serve with fluffy rice and enjoy!
