After years of never being truly happy with the results, we began our own kitchen trials. It turns out the key to great noodles is simplicity & balance. So all you'll find in our Japanese-style soba' noodles is flour, water, and salt

Preparation instructions:

Bring a saucepan of water to a boil

Remove ties and add noodles to water

Cook for 5 minutes

Drain noodles and rinse with cold water
