Here at Tiptree, raspberries are one of the key crops grown on the farm - with many of them finding their way into this delicious Raspberry Conserve. We take only the raspberries, gently sieve them with sugar in small batches to create this wonderfully rich raspberry jam. It makes the most cake fillings - try it in a Victoria Sponge - or is unbeatable on a slice of hot buttered toast. Pure breakfast perfection.

This 'sweet tip' variety does contain raspberry pips - if that's not your thing, then try our Raspberry Seedless Conserve instead.

The maker

The Wilkin family have been farming at Tiptree, Essex, since 1757, and making quality preserves there since 1885. Where we cannot grow our own crops on our LEAF Marque accredited farm, we buy the best quality fruit from trusted sources.
